What is our Patient Portal?

On this web portal you may securely:

• Confirm most appointments
• Submit changes regarding personal demographic information
• Communicate with your provider regarding medical questions, prescription refills, referrals and lab results*
• Communicate with our office staff
  

*Lab results are typically available on the portal 48 hours after providers review and sign the report.

Billing and Insurance

There are thousands of insurance plans and they vary considerably.  There is no way for us to predict or guarantee if all of our services will be covered. Although we try to estimate what your insurance company may cover/pay, it is the insurance company that makes the final determination of your eligibility and benefits.  We suggest you contact them directly to get your benefit information and to make sure we are a part of the plan that your employer chose.
